Skills for new and emerging leaders stepping into their first leadership role
CTO’s Learning to lead program is a practical, full-day course for people stepping into their first formal leadership role, building the foundational skills, mindset and confidence to make the transition from individual contributor to effective people leader. It covers the leadership mindset shift, establishing credibility, setting expectations, delegating, handling difficult conversations and building an authentic leadership style.

The transition from individual contributor to people leader is one of the most significant and most undertrained, shifts in any professional’s career.
This program gives new and emerging leaders the essential skills, confidence and frameworks to make the leadership transition quickly and sustainably before the gaps in their capability become visible problems.
