  • Suite Outcomes

What you’ll be able to do

Practical skills your team can apply from the next working day

Most organisations pay for Microsoft 365. Most of their people use a fraction of what it offers. Our goal is simple – your team leaves every session with the practical skills to use Microsoft 365 the way it was designed to be used, from the next working day.

Outcomes vary by course and bundle. Across the full suite, participants will be able to:

    • Navigate and use Microsoft 365 confidently for daily work tasks without workarounds
    • Manage email, calendar and tasks in Outlook using consistent, time-saving habits
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Teams – channels, meetings, files and communication

    • Apply the habits and shortcuts that produce measurable daily productivity gains across the suite
  • Delivery

    How it’s delivered

Training designed around your team, not a generic script

    Before training

CTO works with the organising contact to understand your team’s current Microsoft 365 skill level, the apps most relevant to their daily work and the outcomes most important to your organisation. The right course combination, depth and delivery schedule are confirmed before any session is designed.

    During training

All sessions are delivered in a live Microsoft 365 environment – participants work in their own accounts using real workplace tasks, not generic demos. Each course is self-contained but benefits from being delivered alongside complementary courses in the same program. Facilitators adjust pace and depth based on the group.

    After training

Participants receive reference materials covering the key workflows and tools from each module. Follow-up sessions and refresher training are available. For organisations running the Copilot Productivity Program, the two advanced Copilot courses continue the journey beyond this suite.

    Group sizes

    • 1 to 3 participants
    • 4 to 15 participants
    • 15 to 20 participants

All group sizes are accommodated. We’ll recommend the right delivery format and session structure for your group when you get in touch.
