    Before training

    CTO works with the you and your nominated contact before the session to understand your specific change context – the type of change underway, where resistance is showing up and what your leaders most need to navigate it. Content is shaped around your actual situation.

    During training

    Participants work through real change scenarios using structured frameworks. The facilitator draws on your organisational context throughout, making the learning immediately relevant to the challenges your leaders are dealing with right now.

    After training
