With strong expertise in hospitality and tourism, paired with sharp commercial instincts in business development, marketing, and client strategy, Tara brings an unusual combination to CTO. That background shapes how she approaches every client relationship – with the same attention to detail, personalisation and service standards she built her early career on. 

For Tara, a training solution is only as good as its fit and she works closely with clients to make sure every program is designed for maximum impact, not just maximum content. As Business Development and Marketing Director, she leads CTO’s growth strategy with the same focus she brings to client work – clear thinking, genuine relationships and outcomes that matter.

Business Development and Operations Director

Rhonda plays a central role at CTO, working across client relationships, program coordination and operations to ensure training runs smoothly from first conversation through to delivery. She works closely with organisations to shape practical training solutions while coordinating CTO’s national team of trainers.

With a background in programming and software development, Rhonda is a Microsoft 365 specialist with a strong focus on making complex technology practical and usable. She specialises in Microsoft Teams, Excel, OneNote and OneDrive, and brings a problem‑solver’s mindset to everything from workflow challenges to improving day‑to‑day efficiency.
