Viva for employees

• Understanding the Microsoft Viva suite: what each module does and how they connect
• Viva Connections: accessing internal news, resources and communications within Teams
• Viva Engage: participating in communities, sharing knowledge and connecting with colleagues
• Viva Insights (personal): using personal well-being insights to manage meeting load and focus time
• Viva Learning: accessing training content and completing learning directly within Teams

Viva for managers and admins

• Viva Insights (manager): understanding team collaboration patterns and managing workload
• Using Viva Insights data to support well-being conversations with team members
• Configuring Viva Learning content sources and assigning learning to team members
• Managing Viva Connections dashboards and cards for internal communication
• Understanding Viva Engage administration: communities, topics and content policies
• Integrating the Viva suite with Microsoft Teams for a seamless employee experience

Who this course is designed for

Designed for employees, managers and HR professionals across any experience level with Microsoft 365. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is helpful as Viva operates within the Teams environment. Half-day sessions cover a single module. Full-day sessions cover the full Viva suite relevant to your deployment.
