    Before training

    CTO works with you and your nominated contact to understand the professional context participants are working in – the types of goals most relevant to their roles and the patterns of goal-setting and follow-through already observed. This shapes the examples and planning tools used throughout the session.

    During training

    Participants work through their actual current goals and development priorities during the session, not hypothetical scenarios. Goal-setting frameworks are applied to real targets, and accountability structures are built around each participant’s specific situation.

    After training

    Participants leave with a completed goal plan for their top priorities. A goal-setting and review toolkit is provided post-training. Follow-up programs, including Time Management and Strategic Planning, are available for teams building a comprehensive planning and productivity capability.
