This shapes the examples and planning tools used throughout the session.
Participants work through their actual current goals and development priorities during the session, not hypothetical scenarios. Goal-setting frameworks are applied to real targets, and accountability structures are built around each participant’s specific situation.
Participants leave with a completed goal plan for their top priorities. A goal-setting and review toolkit is provided post-training. Follow-up programs, including Time Management and Strategic Planning, are available for teams building a comprehensive planning and productivity capability.
