Microsoft Power Apps TrainingMicrosoft Power Apps training – customised for your team

Microsoft Teams is the most used and most undertrained tool in the Microsoft 365 suite. Most people know how to join a meeting. Far fewer know how to use channels effectively, share and co-author files without version control problems, manage notifications without being overwhelmed or run meetings that people actually want to attend.

CTO’s Teams training is built around how your team actually uses Teams not a generic product walkthrough. Introduction sessions build the foundation for new or inconsistent Teams users. Advanced sessions focus on efficiency, best-practice channel structure, meeting facilitation and integrations with the rest of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Who should attend

  • Teams new to Microsoft Teams or switching from another communication platform
  • Organisations where Teams use is inconsistent and people have developed their own habits
  • Managers who want to run more effective meetings and use channels properly
  • Advanced users wanting to optimise Teams, set up channels properly and work with integrations

  • How CTO delivers this training

    Before the session

CTO works with the organising contact to identify the specific application or process problem your team wants to solve. The session is built around designing and building this app, using your actual data structure and workflow requirements.

    During the session

Participants build a working canvas app during the session based on a real use case from your organisation. By the end of the day, participants have a functional app they can iterate on and deploy.

    After the session

Participants receive a Power Apps formula reference and app design guide. Power Automate and Copilot Studio training are available for teams building out a broader Power Platform capability.
