Use Microsoft Edge’s built-in productivity tools and Microsoft 365 integration – get more from your browser, work faster and smarter
CTO delivers customised Microsoft Edge training across Australia, covering the browser features and Microsoft 365 integrations that make Edge the most productive browser for workplace use, including the Copilot sidebar, Collections, vertical tabs, PDF tools, Immersive Reader and enterprise single sign-on. Sessions run as a half day and are tailored to your team’s Microsoft 365 environment and daily browsing workflows.
Most people use Microsoft Edge the same way they used every browser before it – open a tab, search, click a link. The browser is just a way to get to things.
Edge in a Microsoft 365 workplace is considerably more than that. It is integrated with the Microsoft 365 environment in ways that save time on tasks people do dozens of times a day, signing in to Microsoft 365 apps automatically, opening and annotating PDFs without a separate tool, using the Copilot sidebar to summarise a web page or draft an email without leaving the browser, organising research with Collections and using vertical tabs to manage a heavy browser workload without losing track.
CTO’s Microsoft Edge training is a focused half-day session that covers the features most relevant to people who work in Microsoft 365 environments. Not a general browser overview a practical session built around the Edge features that change how people work.
The course covers the Edge features that make the most difference to daily productivity in a Microsoft 365 workplace.
Designed for any workplace user at any experience level. No prior Edge experience is needed, the course assumes only that participants use a browser for work daily. The half-day format is deliberate: Edge’s most useful features are learnable and applicable within a focused session, and the content does not benefit from being stretched into a full day.
This course works particularly well as part of a broader Microsoft 365 onboarding program or alongside Windows training for teams new to a Microsoft workplace environment.
Participants work within their own Edge browser throughout the session. All exercises use real browsing scenarios from a workplace context — managing research, opening SharePoint files, working with PDFs and using the Copilot sidebar on real pages, rather than generic browser demonstrations.
Participants receive a Microsoft Edge productivity reference card covering the key features and shortcuts from the session. Microsoft Copilot training is available for teams wanting to go deeper into AI-assisted work beyond the Edge sidebar, and Windows training is available as a complementary foundation course.
