What corporate training courses does CTO offer?

CTO offers a comprehensive range of customised corporate training courses across Microsoft 365 technology and professional development. Technology programs cover every application in the Microsoft 365 suite, from Excel and Teams through to Copilot, Power BI, and the full Power Platform. Professional development courses include leadership and management, customer service, personal development, sales and planning and organisation. All programs are customised; CTO does not use fully off-the-shelf course content.

Are courses available onsite across Australia?

Yes. CTO delivers workplace training onsite at client locations across every state and territory, including regional and remote areas. For organisations with teams in multiple locations, all courses are also available as live, instructor-led online sessions via Microsoft Teams, with the same customised content and facilitation quality as an in-person session. If you are in a remote area without a local trainer, CTO will arrange for a specialist to travel to you.

Can I mix topics from different courses into one session?

Yes, and this is one of the most common requests CTO receives. You are not locked into a fixed structure. You can combine topics from multiple courses or levels into a single customised session. Download the course outlines you are interested in, mark the topics you would like covered, and send them to CTO. We will build the session around your selection. This is particularly effective for teams with varied skill levels or specific workflow challenges that span multiple programs.

How many people can attend a training session?

CTO training can be tailored for individuals or groups, depending on your needs and the type of course.

For some areas – particularly Professional Development – training in a group can enhance discussions, shared learning, and practical activities. For more technical or system-based training, sessions can be equally effective one-to-one or in small groups.

To ensure trainees get the most benefit from each session, we typically recommend limiting group sizes to 8–12 participants for Microsoft 365 courses and 16–20 participants for Professional Development programs.

We offer flexible pricing, with one rate applying for up to three participants, and options available for larger groups, including per-person pricing where appropriate.
